  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipping may be delayed slightly. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

7. Undeliverable Packages / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
