• InkSpire Imprints LLP offers publishing and distribution services to authors and publishers worldwide. Our services include but are not limited to editing, design, printing, marketing, and distribution of books in various formats.

Authors retain the copyright to their works. However, by using our services, authors grant InkSpire Imprints LLP the right to distribute, market, and sell their works through our channels.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscripts they submit are original and do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights. InkSpire Imprints LLP reserves the right to reject any manuscript that violates this condition.

InkSpire Imprints LLP provides editing and design services to enhance the quality and presentation of manuscripts. Authors may provide input during these processes, but final decisions rest with InkSpire Imprints LLP.

Upon completion of editing and design, InkSpire Imprints LLP will arrange for the printing and distribution of books through various channels, including online retailers, brick-and-mortar stores, and libraries.

Authors will receive royalties from the sale of their books as per the terms outlined in their individual contracts with InkSpire Imprints LLP. Payments will be made on a regular basis, subject to a minimum threshold.

InkSpire Imprints LLP will undertake marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility and sales of authors’ books. However, authors are encouraged to actively participate in promotional efforts.

The agreement between InkSpire Imprints LLP and authors is ongoing until terminated by either party. Termination may occur for various reasons, including breach of contract or mutual agreement.

Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless InkSpire Imprints LLP from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the content of their works or their use of our services.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

InkSpire Imprints LLP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
