People with a personality disorder known as narcissistic personality disorder are referred to as narcissists. While many people mistakenly believe that male and female narcissists are the same, the truth is that female narcissism is quite different.

A narcissistic personality disorder is characterised by a grandiose sense of self and dysfunctional interpersonal relationships. Simply put, a narcissist is completely self-centred, and their primary goal is to satisfy themselves. Anyone who stands in their way will undoubtedly be injured.

Female narcissists display their characteristics differently than male narcissists. Take a look at the following characteristics of a female narcissist if you don’t believe me.

1. They act as if they are martyrs.

Female narcissists can be identified by their desire to be martyred. They frequently believe that they are the victim and that they are morally superior. Even when it’s clear that they’re in the wrong, they’ll go on and on about how right they are and how wrong everyone else is.

2. She’s a sadist.

Another indicator that a woman is a narcissist is her cruelty. Female narcissists enjoy seeing others suffer, particularly those they dislike or are envious of. Worse, they will find a reason to justify inflicting pain on others on the spur of the moment if it gets them where they want to go.

3. She swings back and forth between love and hate.

Female narcissists are a force to be reckoned with. Their goal is to love-bomb you, whether in friendships, relationships, or business partnerships. When a female narcissist is getting to know a new man, this is an example. She might jump right in and claim he’s her soulmate right away. The love-bombing phase, however, is short-lived, and she will soon switch from belittling and hating you to telling you how wonderful and perfect you are.

4. She is a fierce competitor.

Female narcissists are fiercely competitive individuals. They don’t like to lose, so if they see someone else getting more attention, they’ll try to trample them. Unfortunately, no one can win every time. When others succeed, she raises the stakes for bitter losers to a new level.

5. She is a show-off.

Under the right circumstances, anyone can be superficial, but a female narcissist is nothing but superficial. Her entire image is a ruse, which she meticulously curates to present herself in the light she prefers.

6. She is envious of other people.

She is envious of anyone who has something she desires. And instead of admiring someone for having something nice, she will work to destroy it.

7. In her relationships, she is overbearing.

Overbearing mothers-in-law, overbearing mothers, and overbearing wives are all common traits of female narcissists. She has no concept of boundaries, and her need for control far outweighs her love for anyone.
